Unique Spares & Automobiles, An ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified company, established in early 1985 is one of the leading manufacturers of Bi-Metallic strips, Bi-Metallic Bushes, Thin Walled Engine Bearings and Thrust Washers.

We are in the manufacturing sector for more than 32 years and pride ourselves as one of the oldest and leading player in the Industry. Currently, we manufacture more than 2000 different types of Bushes, Thin Walled Engine Bearings and Thrust Washers. We are strategically located in Kundli, Sonipat - Haryana on NH-1 at a distance of approx. 32 Kms from Delhi IGI Airport.

In a short span of time our Bi-Metallic products have found wide spread acceptance and appreciation from big wigs of domestic and global automotive markets.

We ensure that we meet international quality standards in our products & offer a unique blend of Accurate Dimensional Tolerances, Correct Specified Compositions of Raw Material & the usage of the Best Machines & Tools. We go beyond manufacturing and strive to offer engineering solutions with respect to product Design & Tolerances, Fitment & Fixtures to ensure new developments, longevity & hassle free operation.

Human Resources

Highly skilled and experienced workforce including Engineers and Industry Experts are associated with the company to ensure the desired quality is achieved alongwith the timely delivery of the products.

In-house training programmes like Technical Skills Development training, Product training, etc. are organized to improve the skills and awareness of the employees in order to improve the overall work efficiency. To make the Training programmes more effective our trainers ensure that the same is given with the help of On the Job training, Coaching/Mentoring, Group Discussions & Tutorials, etc.

For continuous improvement in the process and to ensure optimum utilization of resources our HODs/process owners follow different tools like 5S, Bottleneck Analysis, continuous flow, Kaizen, KPIs, PDCA, RCA, etc.

Infrastructure

Our manufacturing facility is spread over 60,000 Sq. Ft. which comprises of latest state of the art machines & equipments and in-house raw material plant of Bi-metallic Strips, Water atomized Copper alloy powder, Thin walled engine bearings, bushes and Thrust washers.

We have our In-house Tool Room where all the tooling work is carried out related to Lathe, surface grinder, cylindrical grinder, milling, planner and shaper. Our Inspection Facility is equipped with latest testing equipment like Underload Fixture, Hardness tester, Electronic Air gauge, etc.

Customer Base – We are catering our products of Thin walled engine bearings, Bushes and Thrust Washers to all the major OEMs in the country. We also have a dedicated sales team to cater the aftermarket demands of our products which are manufactured under the Brand Name "SCOTT"

Exports – Apart from domestic reach we are one of the leading suppliers to almost 23 countries across the globe. Exports contribute to approx. 41% of our total sales.
